Exhibitor vehicle entry is free (including 2 persons in car) provided you have pre booked otherwise a late entry charge of £5 will apply payable by cash only on the gate.

It is a condition of our public liability insurance that there are NO VEHICLE MOVEMENTS ON THE SHOW FIELD BETWEEN 10.00 AND 4.OO.  (This also applies to traders) If you cannot adhere to this rule please park in the public car park where you can leave whenever you like (not traders) You would have to pay to walk into the show field.

Due to the volume of vehicles and the time that we have to get everyone in place spaces cannot be kept. If you want to park together you must arrive together.

5mph speed limit in carpark and show field.

All entries must be roadworthy and have valid insurance.

The orgainisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage to or from any vehicles in the show field or carpark however caused. 

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and any mess be cleaned up immediately.

Main gate opens for traders from 6.00am to 8.30am and car exhibitors from 8.00 am but strictly no exhibitor entry after 9.45.

Gazebos are only permitted on club stands due to insurance purposes.

Abuse aimed at our volunteer marshals will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and not invited back next year.

On exiting Riverside all traffic must turn left on Ynysforgan roundabout onto A4067 towards city centre. If you need to go back to Ynysforgan roundabout take first exit off A4067 then last exit off roundabout  and back onto A4067. If you going onto M4 west stay in left lane or right lane for M4 east.

Saturday night camping is available to exhibitors in the field adjacent to the show carpark for £10 including use of caravan park facilities. This must be booked directly with Riverside on 01792 775587. Tell them your are with Field of Dreams or normal fees

There maybe other traders selling the same or similar goods as you. Will will try our best to site you away from eack other.
